At Beton we take the responsibility as a general contractor to manage the overall coordination of a project. CIVIL ENGINEERING

Our civil engineering team is fully equipped to provide our clients with all the services necessary to develop land and sites, identify new water supply sources, provide erosion control, hydrological & hydraulic analysis, analyze existing and proposed systems, make recommendations, provide engineering design services, sanitary sewer design, prepare cost analyses, prepare water/wastewater systems analysis, develop design specifications and bid documents, and provide construction administration services.

STRUCTURAL STEEL/METAL FABRICATION

Structural steel fabrication is one of the services we offer in our engineering department.  This process involves various steps including welding, cutting, forming and machining. Our fabrication accuracy highly depends on shop drawings including precise measurements; after which, we move to the fabrication stage and finally to the installation of the final project.

Our Pre-construction service at Beton is used in planning the construction projects before the actual construction begins. Pre-construction and consultation services are a modern practice, considered to be part of construction project management, which is the overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from inception to completion aimed at meeting our clients’ requirements in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project. At Beton we offer Design–Build project delivery system; we coordinate design and construction services in house. In contrast to "design–bid–build", in design–build our client rely on Beton’s single point of responsibility contract. With this delivery system, we minimize risks for the project owner and reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project. Design-Build delivery system is the clearest contractual remedy for the client because Beton will be responsible for all the work on the project from design inception to final phase of construction and delivery.
