At Beton we take the responsibility as a general contractor to manage the overall coordination of a project. We first assess the project-specific documents (referred to as bid, proposal or tender documents). We provide all of the material, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of the project. The day-to-day oversight of a construction site, management of vendors and trades, and the communication of information to all involved parties throughout the course of a building project is what we are specialized in through our general contracting service. We also offer a wide range of “turn-key” quality construction, remodeling, and renovation services for commercial and residential buildings. During the construction phase, we continue to work closely with the owner, architect and all subcontractors to ensure that a project stays on schedule and under budget. After the project is complete, we take every precaution to ensure that the building meets the owner's expectations.

CIVIL ENGINEERING

Our civil engineering team is fully equipped to provide our clients with all the services necessary to develop land and sites, identify new water supply sources, provide erosion control, hydrological & hydraulic analysis, analyze existing and proposed systems, make recommendations, provide engineering design services, sanitary sewer design, prepare cost analyses, prepare water/wastewater systems analysis, develop design specifications and bid documents, and provide construction administration services.

STRUCTURAL STEEL/METAL FABRICATION

Structural steel fabrication is one of the services we offer in our engineering department.  This process involves various steps including welding, cutting, forming and machining. Our fabrication accuracy highly depends on shop drawings including precise measurements; after which, we move to the fabrication stage and finally to the installation of the final project.
